Consider Biking’s Social meet-ups have been fun. So, we thought we’d end the year with a huge party to celebrate the accomplishments and growth of Consider Biking in 2009. We’ll host a traditional southern hog-roast on Saturday afternoon, October 17th from 4:00-9:00. We’ll welcome a "Grand Champion" whole-hog master from Virginia to do the deed. Don’t worry; we’ll have plenty of wonderful accommodations for our vegetarian friends too!
This event will be limited to 125 people, and will require advance RSVP. We would appreciate a financial contribution to help cover our costs. Suggested donation of $20+/person; Consider Biking members $10+/person.
We’ll coordinate a bike tour in advance of the Hog Roast for those interested. It might be urban, it might be rural. Heck, we might do both. Stay tuned.
